A heartful thank you to Christian Loewe, #Maximilian_de_Bucourt and Hannah Lienhardt for their outstanding organizing of the "The Cube" at the European Society of Radiology congress ECR. The Cube, has explored many exciting areas with diverse themes each day during the conference. For us at Mentice, it has been a fantastic opportunity to contribute with training on our @VIST Simulator, tailored to the theme of the day. Over these days, we've also had the pleasure of collaborating with ECR to host a qualification competition on the VIST simulator. The competition focused on Carotid Artery Access, where we used the VIST metrics to determine the best performance, based on the shortest time, minimal use of radiation, accurate execution of the Simmons maneuver, and reaching successful access. Today, the thrilling final took place, and in the end, #MalteBrensell was crowned the winner. A special thanks goes out to Ali Khanafer and Alexandru Cimpoca, who were invaluable in making this possible. For us at Mentice, it has been incredibly rewarding and inspiring to witness the participants' progression of skills, which highlights the needs for initial training on an endovascular simulator. Already looking forward to next year's ECR. The three winners. CONGRATS!
