With over 20 years in healthcare and a passion for exceptional service, Jannitsia is the bridge between our residents and their families. Fluent in Spanish, she builds vital community connections throughout Boston. Starting as a Dietary Aide in her teens to becoming a nursing scheduler and certified nursing assistant, her journey has been inspiring! Now with 5 years as Director of Admissions, she continues to embrace new challenges with enthusiasm. In her free time, Jannitsia enjoys giving back through charity work during the holiday season—proving that giving is just as important as receiving!
