How to Host the Perfect Spring Equinox Brunch We had our girls over for the ultimate celebration of the change of seasons — the Spring Equinox. Our table was adorned with seasonal produce like artichokes, fennel, garlic, citrus and strawberries along with some dishes and spring florals. We made egg frittatas with creme fraiche dollops, sourdough toast with raw whipped honey butter & lemon zest, and yogurt cups with chia seed pudding, seasonal fruit & fresh strawberry jam! Our girls arrived, we sat and meditated through a tea ceremony and then made floral crowns with seasonal flowers. It was the perfect celebration of spring.
