关于我们
LIFTbuild? begins by challenging every traditional industry paradigm from project inception through owner occupancy and operation of a high-performing facility. The manufacturing industry has experienced significant productivity, quality, and innovation improvements over the past twenty years. LIFTbuild began by adopting a manufacturing systems approach to the entire design, procurement, and assembly process for building construction. This Vertical Manufacturing? approach allows us to reduce complexity, increases assembly efficiency, and minimizes variability in the delivery process. To achieve the necessary delivery performance improvements, our approach transforms four key areas of needed change: design, assembly process, logistics, and supply chain. LIFTbuild utilizes patented approaches to the assembly process of vertical construction. The building structure consists of concrete structural spines and steel-framed decks for the roof and floors. All floor plate assembly is done at ground level. Once the deck has been assembled, the exterior fa?ade and selected systems are installed. Prefabricated sub-assemblies are placed prior to the completed floor plate assembly being raised and locked into its final position. The fit-out is accomplished in a fully enclosed space while the floors below continue to be built below. This maximizes potential savings on schedule and budget while providing a safe and productive work environment.

Happy National STEM Day! Last month, LIFTbuild's Bridget Joseph, Fitwel Amb. engaged with high school girls in a hands-on activity during the American Heart Association's STEM Goes Red event, illustrating the differences between LIFTbuild's approach to building and conventional construction methods. During the event, presenters highlighted different aspects of how science, technology, engineering, and math are applied, calling attention to the significant contributions of women in the construction industry. At LIFTbuild, we’re proud supporters of STEM education and committed to inspiring the next generation of students and young women in STEM. #TransformingHowTheWorldIsBuilt

Meet Bridget Joseph, Fitwel Amb., Design Manager at LIFTbuild! With over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential design and construction, Bridget manages the LIFTbuild design coordination and planning process, serving as an in-house design resource. In the preliminary phase, Bridget leverages LIFTbuild’s Building Optimization Layout Tool (BOLT)?, to streamline the initial design process. Bridget’s expertise and innovative approach are integral to the success of both BOLT and LIFTbuild. Her ability to seamlessly integrate advanced design tools with practical construction knowledge ensures that projects are not only well-coordinated but also optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Last week, Bridget celebrated 5 years with LIFTbuild. We couldn't be happier to have her on our team! #TransformingHowTheWorldIsBuilt
