When she first heard “Healthy Way of Life,” Lisa Ripken knew she'd found a home at Life Time. As a descendant of the Nah-Gah-Chi-Wa-Nong (Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa), Lisa shared, “The love of living a healthy life is reflected in both Life Time's values and my traditional beliefs. In Ojibwe, ‘Bimaadiziwin’ means ‘a healthy way of life.’ These shared values include care for your whole self, your community, and your environment. And I knew this was the place for me.” #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth

Exciting News! Life Time has officially unveiled LTH – our new and expanded supplement and wellness product line to meet surging demand for better health. Interestingly, it was more than 20 years ago when our founder Bahram Akradi developed our own product line after paying for third-party testing and learning the multi-vitamin he was taking was far from effective. Today, we offer more than 30 LTH products created by our experts that are pure, potent, and personalized with rigorous third-party testing to ensure safety and efficacy. It’s the art of nutritional science!?If you’re curious about how supplements can fit into your routine, here’s a 2-minute questionnaire. It’s a great starting point to find what works best for you: https://lnkd.in/gZGM-fUP

If you need a tip for healthy aging, Life Time member, Janis Klecker, 65-years-young (and a former Olympian!), has one for you: ?“I often tell people you need to get more creative to stay fit as you age,” Klecker says. “You need to be curious and not be afraid to learn something new. It can be easy to get stuck in the known and things our bodies are used to doing. Mixing it up and being creative is helpful.” As we near the close of National Healthy Aging Month, thanks to Parade and Shelby Deering for highlighting how Janis has embraced variety and new challenges in her 60s, including taking Alpha classes at her local Life Time several times a week. After all, age is just a number, right?
