Our complimentary Life Time app just got a big boost and our digital footprint continues to grow with the launch of 100 new on-demand classes and the addition of more meditations. The timing hits at a perfect time as we start the holiday season with busy schedules, travel and, probably a bit of stress. The new classes add to our library of 130 digital on-demand videos and 175 weekly livestreamed classes – literally for everyone at no charge. Fun fact: Life Time offers more than 28,000 classes every week led by one of more than 8,500 instructors across our clubs and the app. We hope this makes moving and meditating this season easier for you.
