LifeSpring VP of Performance Improvement, Kacie Chase, and Jeffersonville Police Department Major Josh Lynch testified at the Indiana House Ways and Means Committee regarding Community Mental Health Center crisis services, requesting they again be included in state funding. These services literally save lives, reduce crime, reduce the need for incarceration, and reduce the unnecessary burden on emergency departments.
