Celebrating 10 Years of Leadership! This month, we’re celebrating a big milestone: Jonathan Cook’s 10th anniversary as President and CEO of LifeSpire of Virginia! Over the past decade, Jonathan has worked tirelessly to make LifeSpire communities better places to live and work. Here are just a few of the incredible things we’ve achieved together under his leadership: ?? Advancing our mission of empowering individuals with choices in purposeful living, now serving over 600 more lives than when Jonathan began (1,193 in 2014 to 1,803 today) ?? Updating and expanding communities so that more residents can call LifeSpire home, increasing overall occupancy from 86% to 97% ?? Keeping LifeSpire financially strong and focused on good stewardship ?? Maintaining or improving high quality in Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Health Care neighborhoods ?? Welcoming The Summit in Lynchburg to the LifeSpire family ?? Launching AgeSmart, LifeSpire’s Continuing Care at Home Program Jonathan is dedicated to making sure every resident and team member feels supported and valued. Team members from LifeSpire's home office spent the morning volunteering at the Salvation Army's Angel Tree Distribution Center in Richmond! Through community support and partners, The Salvation Army’s Christmas Assistance Program provides Christmas gifts to nearly 3,000 families and 5,000 children across central Virginia. LifeSpire is committed to service and teamwork as values that guide our work, and it was truly a privilege to support the greater Richmond community through this worthy cause and help spread some holiday joy this season! #SalvationArmy #AngelTree2024 #volunteers
