Lifeskills South Florida, Lifeskills Orlando, and Lifeskills South Florida Outpatient Center proudly highlights our Executive Director of Clinical Services, Dr. David Ockman, who joined the team nearly a decade ago. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in Lifeskills’ overall growth including the implementation of additional specialized pathways, development of the clinical teams, and launches of expanded treatment locations. Dr. Ockman brings over 30-years of behavioral health experience in various capacities and credentialed as a Licensed Psychologist (since 2002), Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), and Florida Certified Qualified Supervisor (QS). As such, he spearheads daily Treatment Team meetings, group, and individual supervision, providing insight around evidence-based best practices for clients and families. Dr. Ockman has been an integral team member in securing and maintaining Joint Commission and CARF Accreditations, the gold standard in behavioral health. Notably, he worked tirelessly in the initial development, implementation, and an Annual Outcomes Study.
