    The 2024 Princess Royal Training Awards has recognized our LifeScan Graduate Program! ? This prestigious Award celebrates LifeScan’s commitment to learning and development.? ? Our LifeScan Graduate Programme aims to attract talented and diverse young people to the company and to create a leadership pipeline for the future. Consisting of four rotations, each lasting about six months, the program gives graduates a comprehensive overview of the company, an expansive professional network, and an understanding of the compliance and regulatory requirements of working in the medical device industry.? ? Since 2006, Eighty-Five graduates have developed skills and knowledge through hands-on experiences, with an impressive 78% of participants gaining full-time roles.
