Discure Technologies (#LSIAlumni) has successfully secured $16 million in financing as part of its oversubscribed Series A round, led by BOLD Capital Partners, Supernova Invest, and Sanara Capital. Unlike existing symptom-focused treatments, the Discure System has the potential to be the first disease-modifying solution for DDD, designed to reduce the use of opioids and the need for invasive back surgery. (#LSIAlumni) raised a $50 million Series B funding round led by Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JJDC, Inc., with participation from S3 Ventures, Lumira Ventures, SV Health Investors, Deerfield Management, NovaVenture, Heartwork Capital, and undisclosed parties. LSI events have played an instrumental role in SpectraWAVE’s fundraising journey, illustrated by CEO, Eman Namati: "LSI USA '24 was an outstanding experience for us and, without a doubt, the best Medtech investor event I’ve attended.
