The Ideal candidate will have litigation experience including drafting pleadings and discovery, taking fact and expert witness depositions, arguing motions in court, and communicating with clients. Experience in commercial litigation and bodily injury litigation strongly preferred. This position can be hybrid or fully remote, but candidates must reside in the state of Florida and be close to Broward County.
