    What an incredible experience we had at Chhalaang 3.0, the women-only hackathon organized by the MetaMorph team. We presented a unique problem statement, and the brilliant minds of women coders stepped up to the challenge, showcasing their creativity and technical prowess in ways that truly inspired us. From brainstorming sessions driven by innovation and creativity to coding marathons fueled by passion, it was amazing to witness the power of collaboration. But that wasn’t all! We also had the opportunity to engage with emerging talent in tech, sharing the Licious mission to craft something extraordinary in the meat industry. Sameer Chandna shared how we seamlessly intertwine our love for food with our love for technology, sparking innovative solutions that redefine meaty experiences. Nichelle Kamat, on the other hand, emphasized the crucial role of women’s perspectives in shaping decisions, highlighting that diversity of thought is key to igniting the revolution we are bringing to the meat and seafood industry. A huge thank you to our panel of judges— Praveen J.U, Chetali Dhiman, Sameer Chandna, and Naresh Reddy N—for turning the evaluations into valuable learning opportunities and for your continued support in encouraging the next generation of women in tech. The icing on the cake was when we got to know that the problem statement solved by the winning team was ours!
