Karina is a Customer Service Specialist helping end users troubleshoot charging issues, and has been a member of the Liberty team for the past 5 years. “Knowing I’m making a difference is truly rewarding,” she says. “Beyond that, working with backend systems, analyzing charger performance, preparing reports, crunching numbers—it’s my natural element, and I enjoy every bit of it!” When she’s not optimizing the Liberty user experience, Karina enjoys quality time with her family and pets, Sullivan the lovable fluffy cat and Ginger the vibrant bearded dragon.
