Liberty's recruiting team visited two trade schools and LAET (Liberty Advanced Equipment Technologies) the other week in Oklahoma! Maintenance and Electronics students at Francis Tuttle Technology Center and Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee were excited to learn about opportunities with LAET's manufacturing team in El Reno, OK. With cutting-edge technology and equipment, LAET gives students the chance to continue learning on the job every day—gaining hands-on experience and developing skills that will shape the future of energy. Our Liberty team made a splash in the Denver community by participating in the Special Olympics Colorado Polar Plunge and 5K! We ran, walked, cheered, and braved the chilly waters to support a remarkable cause. The funds raised from this event fuel Special Olympics' mission to provide sports, health, educational, and leadership programs that empower athletes with intellectual disabilities to reach their full potential. We're proud to announce that Team Liberty raised enough funds to support 19 athletes for an entire year, providing them with sports training, competitions, leadership opportunities, and health screenings. Community Outreach Spotlight - February Happenings Liberty's Denver office had an active February! Our team volunteered at Junior Achievement-Rocky Mountain, Inc. Finance Park, helping middle and high school students grasp adult financial responsibilities and explore career pathways. We also got crafty, creating no-sew fleece blankets for children and infants in partnership with A Precious Child, ensuring they stay warm during the colder months at their empowerment recovery center. Liberty's West Texas office continued their commitment to community outreach this February by volunteering with Meals on Wheels America and the West Texas Foodbank. They delivered meals to local citizens and sorted through food donations at the foodbank, making a meaningful impact in our community. Our Vernal Office has hit the ground running with monthly food bank volunteering! We’re excited to be back at it, helping out every second Wednesday of the month throughout the year with a team of five employees. Meanwhile, the Vernal Liberty wives and their families shared the love on Valentine’s Day, making heartfelt cards for seniors and delivering them—along with candy and chocolates—to local care centers. Our Henderson Crew made a positive impact this February by volunteering at the Weld Food Bank food drive! Thanks to their efforts, we were able to help provide essential nutrition to those in need in our community. Liberty's El Reno team had a great February, hosting our monthly volunteer event with EL RENO BLESSING BASKETS INC! We were proud to deliver meals to 13 local senior citizens, spreading warmth and nourishment in our community. Our Calgary office proudly volunteered at Habitat ReStore this February, lending a hand to organize their charity shop. Habitat for Humanity ReStores are fantastic places where quality new and used building materials are accepted and resold, supporting affordable housing initiatives. The Liberty Houston Office proudly participated in the 10th annual The Graeme McDaniel Foundation run, uniting our community to support heart families and fund life-saving congenital heart defect research. Our team also decorated lunch bags and donated snacks and drinks for 100 lunches benefiting Kids' Meals, Inc.. Our districts' community outreach efforts are a testament to Liberty's commitment to giving back. February was filled with inspiring events and initiatives that made a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. Thank you to our teams for embodying our values and making a positive impact!

"Everything ran smoothly—it was a different world entirely." Foluke recalls her very first impressions on coming to the U.S., a highly energized country. Growing up in Nigeria, limited access to modern energy shaped many aspects of her everyday experience. Moving to a place where energy was reliable and opportunities were more accessible was both eye-opening and inspiring.
