Part density is a real factor with production runs. Especially when they are a 4 op part smaller than your thumb. Run 3 ops with them all connected and then separate on the 4th and final op. Lifesaver when you don't have a rotary, robot or 5 axis, yet. Hope this idea helps someone else as much as it has helped us and thank you to the gentleman who showed me this! SolidCAM imachining making quick work of it too!

Liberty Precision Works is powered by ProShop ERP. We have now fully implemented ProShop and I am happy we did! With all the moving parts of a manufacturing business, trying to make parts and keep track of all the details that go into it is a daunting task. But ProShop makes it possible!
