We’d like to introduce Chris Graham as our Employee Spotlight for October. Chris has a long career in the financial industry, spanning almost 35 years. He joined Liberty National Bank in 2012 as the Chief Lending Officer. Because of his vast experience in the banking industry having served as a Regional President previously, he was very well qualified to take on this leadership role. Chris also chairs the Loan Committee and Executive Loan Committee, as well as serving on the ALCO, Credit Risk and Executive committees. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors since 2012. Chris has been very involved with the financial industry, having served on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Bankers Association Lending School and Commercial Lending School in addition to other committees. He also currently chairs the Rural Oklahoma Leaders Alliance. He resides in Duncan and has served on the Duncan Public Schools Foundation Board, United Way of Southwest Oklahoma Board, March of Dimes past chairman, a member of the Duncan Area Economic Foundation, and a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador. In his spare time, Chris enjoys OU sports, playing golf and spending time with his wife, their three children and two grandchildren. Our LinkedIn Employee Spotlight for this month is Tommy Sleeper! Tommy joined Liberty National Bank this year as an EVP / Loan Officer. He has been in banking for over 30 years, starting his career at a small family-owned bank while in college. His experience in banking ranges from teller, bookkeeping, running a loan department, consumer and commercial lender all the way to President/CEO. Tommy is the current Chairman of the Duncan Chamber of Commerce and has been a member of Rotary International for over 25 years. He is involved and has held various offices in other local Chamber of Commerce as well. In addition to being a past school board member of Durant Public Schools, he has also been very involved in local fair boards and Junior Livestock Associations.
