Cindy Hess, RN, Liberty Cardiovascular Specialists, is this month’s The DAISY Foundation award recipient! The DAISY Award is given to exceptional nurses in healthcare who provide their patients with premier care and compassion. "Cindy is a true lifesaver; she is the first call for myself and many other providers in my primary care office when we need assistance with a patient who is also seen by cardiology. She is always happy to help in any way needed. She will get an appointment for a patient, notify cardiology providers of concerns, and follow up with patients and providers to make sure that their issues are resolved. She is always quick to respond and thorough in her research and follow-up. She uses her experience and compassion to provide premiere care to our patients. We are so fortunate to have her as part of our Liberty Hospital team, and I believe that she deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond to provide the best care for our patients." ? Congratulations, Cindy, and thank you for all that you do at Liberty Hospital! Go to libertyhospital.org to learn more about how you can nominate an exceptional nurse for the DAISY Award.
