Holden Wilen with the Dallas Business Journal visited with our CEO, Alan Morris, earlier this week to discuss plans to merge with Southwestern Bancorp Inc., the holding company for Boerne-based Texas Heritage Bank. "We view it as a catalyst for us to continue to grow organically. ... It's all about growth," Morris said.
