The Etiwanda Trails project is an approximately 150-acre residential development project at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains in Rancho Cucamonga. The development will consist of the construction of 358 single homes, including a linear park, trails, and a stormwater interceptor channel designed to convey surface water from the adjacent foothills away from the site. The site is currently undergoing rough grading operations and the construction of the interceptor channel.

Altair is a residential development project in the foothills adjacent to Old Town Temecula. This project is approximately 270 acres in size and will result in construction of around 1,500 homes along with conservation areas, parks, trails and community spaces. The site will have several thousand feet of retaining walls up to 30 feet in height and multiple bridges spanning natural drainages. Development of the project will take a few years to complete.
