Each day, tens of thousands of LGBTQ people are held in jail or immigration detention in the U.S. because they cannot afford bail, often $25. With your help, the Freedom Fund secures their liberty and safety. We raise awareness of the epidemic of LGBTQ overincarceration and strive towards a critical mass against mass jailing. LGBTQ people are three times more likely to be incarcerated than the general population--in a country that incarcerates more people than any other. Help us fight hate.
