HIV/AIDS doesn't discriminate. It impacts individuals, families, and communities everywhere. It's also a call to action for compassion, understanding, and education. Let's break down the stigma and build a world where everyone receives the necessary care and support. For years, LGBT Detroit has supported Detroit’s community-led and driven World AIDS Day programs. This year, we introduced Game Togethr, a Jeopardy-style game with a theme of HIV-related stigma questions. It was a great opportunity to educate the audience on how stigma is perpetuated and ingrained in our society while also learning about health, culture, legislation, and more.
