I had some client meetings for GetFed last week and just walking around London it would have been easy to be overwhelmed, not only with the sheer size of the opportunity but also the colossal amount of competition. How do we get noticed? How do we get someone to try GetFed? How do we keep customers once we've got them? I'm no where near knowing all the answers but I'm learning a lot and I do feel like we can stop calling GetFed a 'start-up' now. Not sure what the rules for that are.
