People don't want the "thing" you are building ??. ?? They don't want the "app". ?? They don't want the "machine". ?? They don't want the "service". ? They want the value it produces. ?? When starting a new project, always reduce it to its simplest possible form and iterate. Then, your chances of success will be much higher. Don't focus on making each part perfect. Instead, focus on the business value and build a simple solution that achieves that first and then iterate on it. Example: I want a vehicle that takes me from point A to point B. Solution: How about we start with a skateboard today, and we keep improving? The superpower in your company is not on how well you create a complex solution but on how well you can iterate. ?? ??
