Part 3 of this experience included some free time for guests to explore, and we rounded out the weekend with a private dinner at Jeff Ruby's. These gift boxes we created for guests were a HUGE hit! They were dropped in hotel rooms before guests arrived, and included touches of #Kentucky , the host's favorite treats, and a few "must haves" when enjoying a packed weekend of fun. We also included an itinerary for the weekend, our contact info for guest services, and the weekend shuttle schedule. It wouldn't be a true #Kentucky weekend in October if we didn't visit Keeneland Association ! On day two of this weekend series we ran a shuttle from downtown to Keeneland with guests in the Clubhouse, the Grandstand and Corporate boxes. As soon as they got on the bus they were greeted with cocktails and champagne, and we flipped the bus with snacks for the way home. Our team acted as on-call guest services for those needing the shuttle, needing information on getting to Keeneland, accessing their tickets, and more. . . . Foundations for a Healthy Kentucky This two-day event was SOLD OUT and we loved helping create this series with their team. Scope included full-service planning, audio/visual, food & beverage planning, site selection, vendor sourcing, logistics management, ticketing + registration, and more. Day one was a networking reception for board members with a keynote speaker, day two included sessions, speakers, Capitol tours and roundtable sessions. 40 years of affordable housing work. ?? We were honored to work with Urban League of Lexington - Fayette County on their recent dinner event to help uplevel their 40th celebration. We teamed up with Mark Mahan and the Mahan Multimedia team to create impactful videos for their program (Mark did the creation, we just helped bring the pieces, stories, and people together). And then teamed up with Nimlok Kentucky and Connor Query Art to create a physical timeline display showing the impact they’ve made over the last 40 years. We've had fun this Halloween season creating some unique events for our clients. Like this farm party for a very special group of kids! ?? ?? ?? ?? Themed events give us the opportunity to have some fun and to get outside of the normal "event box" of standard linens and decor. Guts, and cobwebs, and spooky creatures - yes, please!
