Team Lexer is on cloud nine after taking home two major awards at last night’s NORA ~ National Online Retailers Association’s PoPs ceremony! ?? Lexer (again) won the Data-Driven Insights Innovation Award - "An award recognized for commitment to empowering brands with advanced analytics for actionable insights, enhanced decision-making, and personalised customer interactions". A special shout-out to Paul Burdekin and the team at THE UPSIDE who were a key part of our award submission. Last Thursday, in partnership with Shopify, Flagship and Make Retail, Lexer held a waitlisted in-store personalisation event at Starward Whisky (one of Lexer’s clients). The venue was packed! ?? We invited Heads of Retail & Heads of Operations type roles from omnichannel retail brands, to experience Lexer’s game-changing new tools first hand and to learn more about other new technology that’s used in bricks and mortar stores to help give customers a better experience and to increase sales. ?? Guests were greeted at the door via Lexer ‘Serve’ and handed personalised swag bags and cocktails, based on data shared in the RSVP process. Personalised 1:1 messages were sent to guests via Lexer ‘Contact’ throughout the day as they enjoyed a distillery tour and whisky tasting. Personalisation at its best! ?? The formalities kicked off with Lexer’s CTO and original Founder Aaron Wallis showcasing our new features that help both HQ staff and retail associates provide the most personalised experience for customers possible. ?? We heard from Jordy Heis, Aaron Chidley and Lachlan Hamill as Lexer’s Co-Founder David Whittle moderated a panel on the topic of moving ‘Point of Sale’ to ‘Point of Experience’. We are very excited about our ‘Serve’ product being integrated in Shopify POS! ?? Steph Leathers and Samuel Bala held a fireside chat on the art of visual merchandising to make your stores even more profitable, using Flagship’s incredible tech. ??
