Levine and Douglaston Development met with hundreds of MWBE subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to discuss connecting on upcoming projects. From the Earth to the sky. Construction of 3Eleven by Levine Builders began in 2019. Less than five years later, our affiliate Clinton Management manages this award-winning, fully occupied beacon of luxury living with state-of-the-art amenities. Take a look back at how we worked together to add a staple to the West Chelsea skyline.

NYCHA kicked off their Top of the Hill Basketball Tournament at Sack Wern houses yesterday. The Douglaston PACT team joined them, along with our workforce consultant Positive Workforce, to meet the residents and let them know about upcoming construction opportunities at the Sack Wern site. We are excited to continue engaging with the community and finding more ways to work alongside residents to improve Sack Wern.

Building better communities goes beyond construction. To truly lift up neighborhoods, Douglaston works with the people who know them best — local residents. The Douglaston Team was proud to host the 1057 Atlantic Avenue workforce hiring event in Brooklyn this week. We had the opportunity to meet with local residents interested in working on the project, share details about the building, and discuss how they can get involved. We had a great time meeting so many members of the community and sharing this project with them all. We are exited to welcome new members to the team, honor our commitment to local and M/WBE hiring, and continue to build up the Bed-Stuy community with the delivery of market rate and affordable housing at 1057 Atlantic Avenue. Special thanks to our partners at @Totem , Crescent Companies for coordinating, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation for hosting us, and of course the more than 80 Brooklynites who came out to the event. We look forward to meeting more community members at our next hiring event.

On top of the world at 1057 Atlantic Avenue . The Douglaston team is proud to share that our latest mixed-income housing offering at the intersection of Bed-Stuy, Clinton Hill, and Crown Heights is officially topped out! We are grateful for the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with so many friends and colleagues. . Upon completion next year, the 474,000 square foot, 17-story multifamily project will house 456 mixed-income apartments, including 137 units of permanently affordable housing.
