We had an incredible day last week at Seen & Heard, our annual internal culture conference and experience celebrating the power of connection, courage and belonging in the workplace. Learn more from LS&Co. CEO Michelle Gass ?? #LifeatLevi
A big thank you to everyone who staged and attended our employee Seen & Heard conference last week. Focused on the themes of courage and resiliency, it was a great chance for us to talk about how we approach our work and each other in ways that help us all thrive? The day started with opening remarks by our Chief Diversity and Talent Officer, Brian J. Miller (Ed.M), followed by a conversation Brian and I had on stage. We then had a workshop on navigating change and a panel discussion on the “Human Connection in Retail” led by Beyond Yoga CEO Nancy Green with Levi's? Retail West store manager Andrew McFarlane and Beyond Yoga Chicago store manager Susan Michaels. These sessions were designed to equip employees with tools to do their best work and get the most out of it. They also provided strong testimony about the deep connection between inclusion and belonging and overall company performance. To tie it all together, the finale was a heartwarming, eye-opening conversation between our own Shalonda Welborn and Antoni Porowski, the food and wine expert from Netflix’s “Queer Eye,” who touched on the power of listening and the growth that comes with staying present and moving through the inevitable challenges we all face. Overall, it was a terrific day that offered a vibrant snapshot of the culture we work so hard to cultivate here at LS&Co. in order to energize our people for the work ahead!?

This fall, the Red Tab Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping LS&Co. employees through unexpected financial emergencies, hosted its 18th annual (Run) for Red Tab. Over the course of two weeks, employees around the world came together to get active — and by the end of the campaign, over 1,200 donors and participants had raised $185,000 for the foundation.
