Well well, thank you The Denver Post! Our newest Leven dessert is deserving of such sweet love. "Leven’s sponge cake was moist with espresso and layered with whipped labneh, a creamy cheese substitute for the usual mascarpone. Dusted in chocolate and with a squiggle of chocolate sauce, it was a tiramisu I will remember fondly."

Visiting or living in Denver, this list is a great reminder of the landmarks and destinations that make your trip complete! We could not be more proud to see Leven Deli as a Denver staple and landmark. We are truly thankful to all of our guests and team who show up every day to make the deli and now Leven Supply feel like home to everyone who stops by.

“With Amazon and logistical routes, figuring out how to become a really special retailer is a fun challenge,” Anthony Lygizos said before asking what is essentially the restaurant’s guiding ethos: “What can we offer that you couldn’t more efficiently and conveniently order online?” The obvious answer is Leven Supply’s, own food. Its pickles, honey mustard, hummus and tomato pesto are packaged for sale and sold alongside cans of local brews and fresh bucatini noodles from Denver pasta makers Sfoglina.

Today we opened our doors to the community at Leven Supply, in Wash Park. We were overwhelmed with gratitude with the line of people who waited for the doors to open and all of the guests who joined us throughout today. We can't wait to become a true part of this neighborhood. We are open everyday 11 am- 9:00 pm, we can't wait to serve you.

We may be known for pastrami but our love for wine is a close second! We are proud to share that Anthony Lygizos is featured here in SevenFifty Daily discussing 2025 wine trends. "Personalization and storytelling will extend to retail sales, as boutique shops become the “go-to spots for discovering something exciting and new,” says Anthony Lygizos, the owner of the Denver bakery, deli, and wine bar?Leven, “It’s all about storytelling and providing value with lesser-known offerings that someone might not find even at restaurants.” Leven Supply is opening on January 13th (next Monday!) and will be 1 part wine shop!

2024 has been an incredible year, and we look forward to growing in 2025. In 2024, we grew in ways we couldn't have imagined including moving into a larger commissary kitchen to bake more bread, fulfill more catering orders, and bring even more of our sandwiches to you. This year alone, we baked over 36,000 loaves of bread!! None of this would have been possible without the best customers who continue to cheer us on and an incredible deli team who pour their hearts into everything we do.
