She joined our mission because she was looking for something she was truly passionate about—and empowering girls through sports checked all the boxes. Being part of this movement from the start and witnessing major milestones makes it all the more rewarding! ?? Most Rewarding Moment? Connecting with like-minded people who share the passion for breaking barriers in sports! ? How Has Sports Impacted Her Life? Sports have instilled discipline, teamwork, and resilience—qualities that have shaped her both personally and professionally. ?? Advice to Her Younger Self? "Believe in yourself, even when others don’t. Speak up, take up space, and don’t be afraid to go after what you love." ??♀? Breaking Barriers in a Male-Dominated Industry Before starting her own marketing business, Trish worked in commercial development and construction, gaining firsthand experience navigating a male-dominated industry. One standout moment? When the company owner asked if she felt comfortable on construction sites and if the men were treating her well. It was a small but powerful reminder that leadership can play a role in fostering inclusivity. ?? How Can Men & Organizations Be Better Allies?
