AND something I have noticed about myself lately is when I am feeling stress or overwhelm (hey new school year ????) my breathing becomes very short and shallow. I am becoming very intentional about practicing purposeful and elongated breathes.?Reminders help! I know I am not the only one, so I have decided to create a community space to learn and practice.
