Our thoughts from eTail? Boston
My biggest takeaways from eTail? Boston this last week: The rise of AI- If any business isn't looking to AI for some sort of leverage then you are 100% going to find yourself left in the dust. The leverage can come in many ways and it was amazing seeing all the diverse AI associated venders. Digital marketing is getting harder- The digital landscape is getting more and more challenging from multiple levels. Over saturation, differentiation, deliverability, privacy, the list goes on. BUT. There are solutions. Awesome venders fighting it out in the space and staying ahead of the curve. And some venders (like me!) outside the digital space executing new ideas. PERSONAL. PERSONAL. AND PERSONAL.- Brands need to be creating personalized experiences for their clients. That applies to the marketing, the shopping experience, and the post purchase connection. In the rise of AI we still be to be HUMAN and PERSONAL. Shoutout to Lena Moriarty and the entire eTail? team for putting on a fantastic event. :)
