  • Sometimes a brand doesn’t need reinvention—sometimes, they just need refocus. And a logo tweak, or two. Tea Collection is a beloved children's brand founded by Leigh Rawdon in 2002. Well known for bringing global connection and cultural curiosity to kids' clothes, the foundation of their brand was already super strong. We didn't need to throw any babies out with the bathwater—?it just needed a sharper lens to celebrate what made them special in the first place. At Letter A, we helped refine Tea Collection’s brand identity by: ? Reinforcing their original mission—connecting kids to the world ? Refocusing their storytelling to highlight their global inspiration. ? Evolving their logo —a small but powerful tweak to align with their next chapter. ? Establishing a brand photography style How did we do that? Here’s what we delivered: ?? Brand Strategy + Positioning ?? Brand Identity + Logo Refresh ?? Studio Photo Art Direction ?? Location Photo Art Direction (NEPAL!) ?? Website Update + Design ?? Catalog Design + Concept Because the best brand work isn’t about changing what works—it’s about making sure it shines. ??

  • Did you know we have a quarterly newsletter? In each one we put together a "mini moodboard" where we pull some of our favorite images from our vast library of photography, art, design, fashion, interiors and copy. These studies are merely just to see how images from different genres, eras and styles speak to each other and start a new conversation. Ideas just don't come out of thin air. Much of the magic starts from pulling imagery (or "swipe") that speaks to us. By putting that imagery on a board we start to see relationships, unlikely and unexpected pairings and the dots start to connect. A world starts to form. A brand comes to life. We pull thousands and thousands of images that begin to tell a one-of-a-kind story around culture, personality, spirit, voice, color, taste and style. Those images are edited down to a curated assortment 40-50 that form the foundational story for our brand and the guiding voice and visuals for everything we make for them.   • One of the issues we hear from our clients is that the brand platform they started with isn't giving them enough of a script to scale. They need a bigger playground to play in, with more stories to tell, supported by more clarification and tighter filters. Things are starting to fall flat. We work with brand leaders and founders at the get-go to give them a dimensional brand with personality, purpose and a point-of-view to play with as their vision builds.     This is something I say all the time. And it's something I learned working at Bumble and bumble and kate spade new york. Two brands that are master classes in building brand ecosystems with both spirit and style. At Letter A — A Branding Agency we believe in building a ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? — not just having great "branding."?This means the many ways you show up consistently that build trust, connection, and loyalty over time. We think through every channel. How do we greet people? How do we packaging their order? How do products look on shelves? What art do we hang on our walls? What books do we read? What message does our imagery evoke? What cultural events do we align with? What are perfect partnerships for us? ?????????? ???????????? ?????????????????????? ???????????? ????????????’?? ?????????????? ???? ??????.     With every client, we always make sure we provide them with answers to what we like to call "?????? ?????????? ???????? ????????"?(or, whatever morning show, talk show, news program you want to be on!). In other words, what does it sound like when have less than five minutes and you have to explain your idea to a MASS AUDIENCE. How do you convey what you’re all about in a succinct and engaging way that hooks viewers right there and then??What stays in your shpiel and what goes? Try this exercise out loud to yourself to see if it makes sense! It's hard, but this is what we help our brands to figure out and gives founders' the peace of mind to speak about their idea with confidence. ( ??
