Americans purchased 102,243 EVs in January, a nearly 30% increase from the same time last year, according to Kelley Blue Book parent company Cox Automotive. Three new high-speed EV charging stations are now open, funded through the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program—bringing more accessibility and convenience to drivers across the state. ?? New charging locations: ?? Flying J Travel Center – New Milford, Susquehanna County ?? Chambersburg Square Shopping Center – Franklin County ?? Colorado surpassed California in EV sales rate in Q3 2024—proving that strong incentives work. ??? Ford Motor Company’s Mach-E outsold the traditional Mustang for the first time ever. ?? General Motors’ EVs became variable profit positive, meaning revenues now exceed production costs. EV adoption isn’t slowing—it’s evolving. In just four years, the number of zero-emission trucks on the road has grown from under 1,000 to over 27,000, with more than 70 models available today. Fleet operators are realizing the benefits of clean trucks, from lower fueling and maintenance costs to a quieter, healthier driving experience. But for this transition to continue at the pace needed, we need strong policies, infrastructure investments, and incentives that make it easier for businesses to switch to clean trucks.
