Sarah headed to Kirkstyle Inn on Thursday of Game Week to speak at their Game Week dinner alongside keeper Will. The menu was a culinary sensation celebrating all wild meat by Connor and his team. Thank you to everyone who attended and the team at Kirkstyle for celebrating GBGW in such style, looking after Sarah and continuing to promote wild meat. They also hosted a game seminar too! We highly recommend visiting to try the wonderful food and soaking up the atmosphere in this magical spot.

Thank you Jo O'Connell and JellyRock PR & Marketing for always including my expertise in nutrition and food. I was delighted to have 2 of my high protein meals featured in GQ Magazine including one vegan recipe and one with wild boar. Wild boar is part of the game meat family. Consuming game meat is a great way to obtain essential nutrients while maintaining a healthy diet. Unlike other meats that are typically high in fat and cholesterol, game meat is incredibly lean due to the wild animals' constant movement. Any fat stored by these animals is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which provide numerous health benefits. Additionally, wild game such as venison has an ideal proportion of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids, making it one of the best sources of good fat. ? Game meat also contains high levels of iron and many other beneficial nutrients such as vitamin E, beta-carotene, zinc, vitamin B6, and selenium. Selenium is often lacking in our diets but plays a crucial role in protecting cells from free radical damage. Going forward, I will be working with Eat Wild to share more on how game meat is both nutritious and sustainable for the planet.
We all know we need to eat more protein and so here are some inspiring high-protein meal ideas (and a client mention) from two Wiley's Finest? nutritional experts Alexa Mullane Toral Shah in GQ Magazine #clientcoverage #prsuccess #nutritiontips #omega3s
