Cognitive decline is a growing global concern, but research continues to highlight the power of lifestyle interventions in slowing its progression. The FINGER study?(Finnish Geriatric Intervention Study to Prevent Cognitive Impairment and Disability)?demonstrated that a combination of diet, physical activity, cognitive training, and vascular risk monitoring can significantly impact cognitive health. Building on this foundation, the LETHE project leverages a digital, person-centered approach to prevent cognitive decline early on.
