Leslie’s Summer Internship Program Returns for 2025! ?? We are excited to announce the return of Leslie’s Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. This 10-week immersive experience is designed to provide hands-on learning, professional development, and executive leadership exposure within a dynamic and growing organization. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, participate in a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week, and access to on-site wellness amenities, including a gym and a nurse practitioner. The program offers a structured curriculum focused on professional growth, featuring courses on leadership, conflict resolution, and effective communication. Interns will also gain valuable networking and mentorship opportunities with senior leaders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and Board Members. We are seeking candidates who are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation in Winter 2025 or Spring 2026. We are excited to announce Jason McDonell has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer. He will join the company effective September 9, 2024. ? Jason brings an impressive near 30 years of experience in retail and consumer products. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Merchandising, Marketing, and e-Commerce at Advance Auto Parts, where he was responsible for driving omnichannel growth across the Company’s $11 billion family of brands. Before that he spent 21 years with PepsiCo culminating with his role as Canada President and General Manager for PepsiCo Food, a $2.5 billion business. ? At Leslie’s, we’re committed to supporting drowning prevention and water safety through our partnerships with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the American Red Cross. From now until October 31st, we’re working towards a goal of raising $150,000 to help protect kids and families in our communities. 100% of the funds raised will go directly to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the American Red Cross, reflecting our shared dedication to community safety.
