Art in the Golden Triangle BID continues to flourish in new ways. Morton Fine Art (mortonfineart.com) has opened a pop-up gallery in the former AT&T space (1050 Connecticut Ave NW). Our team was able to help match Morton Fine Art with the space provided by Lerner Enterprises in Washington Square. Nature-inspired works by nine contemporary artists from around the world fill the gallery. The beautiful exhibition complements the Golden Triangle’s global character and robust public art program. Stop in and see these magnificent artworks while they’re on display through Oct. 26.

The NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards Ceremony was held on November 21, 2024 at Capital One Hall in Tysons. Thirty-three awards were presented in the following categories: Membership, Transactions, Interiors, and Buildings. The Awards are an opportunity to celebrate significant contributions to Northern Virginia’s built environment by the commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate community. Lerner Enterprises’ 1650 and 1750 Tysons Boulevard won the Amenity Space Award of Excellence in the Buildings category. The entry was submitted by The M Group Architects.
