For me, Design is a team sport, and I'm proud to lead Lenovo Design + Innovation Team. As a design leader my responsibility goes far beyond the hardware and software. My true passion has become growing talent and turning designers into managers, managers into leaders, leaders into design executives. Enabling them to achieve goals far beyond their imagination excites and energizes me along with the amazing work that they create everyday. We all started our journey somewhere and mine started at the NC State College of Design and it is important for me to give back to the college for cultivating my skills as a young maker and making my education the foundation of my success. I cherish the time I spend at the college with the next generation of designers, every moment, conversation and interaction is an opportunity to impact their path in a meaningful way.
