LSSE's current management and design teams have successfully completed planning, design, permitting and construction phase services for recent projects that total over $350 million in construction value. LSSE’s recent civil-site experience includes engineering and surveying services for an 833-acre industrial park site; 50 big-box commercial sites; 16 warehouse/package delivery sites; residential developments comprising of over 3,500 housing units; riverfront brownfield redevelopment; and special, multi-use recreational, commercial and residential sites.
