Lennar Dallas Fort Worth Division outdid themselves with their Focused Acts of Caring this year. Pouring their hearts and resources into several community organizations, Associates spent time with Denton State Supported Living Center, HopeKids, and Helping a Hero. With HopeKids, they had the privilege of creating unforgettable experiences for families of children with life threatening conditions, events like a spring picnic were hosted, as well as a Friendsgiving. Through their partnership with Helping a Hero, they continue to build more new homes for veterans in their community. Awesome work, Dallas Fort Worth!

At Lennar, giving back to our communities is at the heart of everything we do. We are thrilled to shine a light on the incredible work of the Lennar Las Vegas Division. Their dedication this year is evident, working with impactful organizations such as Olive Crest, Home Aid, Three Square Food Bank, and The Vegas Strong 5K. From baby essential drives to local food banks and more, the Division worked hard this past year to involve themselves in the community. Keep up the great work, Las Vegas!

As part of Lennar’s Focused Acts of Caring, Lennar’s Sacramento Division collaborated with four different organizations - Kicks for Kids, Dolphins Cancer Challenge, Sacramento Children’s Home, and HomeAid. Lennar Associates came together across the Division to help fill bags for women and children in need, donating warm pairs of shoes, and providing crisis support for families with children in need of short-term housing. Great work, Sacramento!

Meet Ileana Ludeiro. Three years after leaving Cuba, Ileana discovered Lennar and joined the Corporate Finance team as a Staff Auditor in 2011. She learned a lot about Lennar and the entire industry, including title and mortgage. Over her 13 years at Lennar, she was promoted several times and is now the Senior Audit Manager for the Corporate Finance team. In this role, she oversees the audit process – everything from planning audits to preparing audit reports with other departments. Ileana appreciates the interactive Associate events that Lennar hosts. For example, one of her favorite events is the annual Take Your Child to Work Day at the Miami HQ. Many Associates bring their children to learn the ins and outs of the homebuilding industry while providing engaging educational activities. Ileana loves that Lennar makes the children feel a part of the Lennar team. Ileana is a perfect example of Lennar’s core values – Quality, Value, and Integrity. She approaches her daily 'to-dos' and challenges with enthusiasm. Ileana leads by example and is an asset to Lennar. Congrats, Ileana. Fun Fact – Ileana loves spending time with her family. She has three children that keep her very busy.

They have chosen to work with The Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona for their Focused Act of Caring.
