Jamie Ober and Deborah Seitz are back from the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP) 2024 Annual Conference. The conference started with a terrific session on AI and positive applications in education environments, and ended with a panel discussion on campuses that are embracing energy generation on the campus. In between, they focused on sessions on awareness of IDD and modifications to the environments to provide choice for all cognitive levels; renovations of historic and aging campus facilities; and engagement methods between the University, stakeholders, the town, and the students. Lenhardt Rodgers Architecture + Interiors started a relationship with Christ's Home in Warminster, PA in 2005 for the master plan of new life plan community. We have had the honor to continue working with them to realize each phase of design and construction. And now the ribbon was cut on the latest phase; the addition to the main building of 30 IL apartments, new amenities, a medical office suite, a new worship hall, and a fully renovated and enlarged bistro and dining room.
