Lendlease Global Commercial REIT continues to achieve positive retail rental reversion in 1H FY2025. Retail portfolio occupancy remains high at 99.9% while office portfolio occupancy improved to 86.6%. Committed occupancy at Spark 3 in Milan has improved to approximately 31%. There are no refinancing risks in CY2025. The weighted average cost of debt of 3.57% per annum is now reflective of the full impact of the higher fixed rate of the replaced EURIBOR interest rate hedge.
