Last month, with support from Center For Family Empowerment, LEM Capital partnered with Philadelphia Youth Basketball (PYB) for the third time at the newly opened “Sixth Man Center” (The Alan Horwitz "Sixth Man" Center). During PYB's Lace Up & Learn Up Summer Camp Series, the LEM team led two impactful sessions, teaching campers essential grounding techniques to manage feelings of overwhelm, stress, and anxiety. The sessions also helped the kids recognize the difference between their "inner coach" and "inner critic," giving them practical tools to boost their confidence and take care of their mental well-being.
