However, this uncertainty hasn't dampened the spirit of innovation and progress in fleet management. 2. EV Transition Momentum Continues Despite political uncertainties, the momentum for EV transition and emissions reduction remains strong. Fleet managers are increasingly recognizing the long-term benefits of electrification, both for the environment and operational efficiency. 3. Balancing Multiple Priorities Fleet managers are juggling various critical issues alongside EV adoption: *Safety:?Prioritizing driver and road safety is paramount. It's not just about the bottom line; it's about protecting lives and preventing accidents. Fleets leveraging telematics for safety are seeing quick benefits in incident reduction and overall fleet health. Those not adopting these technologies may be missing out on crucial safety improvements. *Driver Retention: Employee engagement is key to improving driver satisfaction and longevity. As one fleet manager put it, "Treat drivers as your customers."
