This is why Donau Soja is supporting the development of quality assurance and process optimisation for non-GM soya in Europe as part of the SONIA-ProQ project. ?? On 26 February, the SONIA-ProQ part-time certified course officially started with its first in-person workshop at Austrian Agency for Health and Food Safety in Vienna! Designed for soya processors, farmers, advisors, and educators, this course provides expert knowledge on optimising soya production and processing. ?? Key topics of the first workshop included: ? The importance and benefits of soya in agriculture ? Soybean analytics -quality assurance using NIRS technology This blended-learning course combines online modules with practical workshops and excursions, giving participants hands-on experience in ensuring high-quality, non-GMO soya production. ??
