We've recently unveiled an epic transformation of our Miniland London, featuring over 2 million LEGO? bricks and requiring 10,800 hours to recreate the city’s iconic structures, including City Hall, 122 Leadenhall Street (The Cheese Grater), and 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin)! ??? The new installation was exclusively revealed on The BBC One Show yesterday, taking viewers behind the scenes of the makeover. The segment followed Model Maker Will Saunders as he revisited his former primary school in Inkberrow and showcased a special tribute to The One Show couch, featuring Minilanders modeled after its iconic presenters, Alex Jones and Vernon Kay.

We've recently donated one of the UK’s longest serving narrow gauge diesels to the Old Kiln Light Railway CIO (OKLR), a registered charity in England and Wales. ?? ? Built in 1939 and named after the daughter of a LEGOLAND Windsor Facilities Manager, Amey, was brought to the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in 1996. Amey was introduced as the original ride specification for the 2-foot gauge railway required a second locomotive, powerful enough to act as a rescue vehicle in the event of a breakdown of the service train. ? Over 600 of this class were built between 1932-1958. Today only 11 of this class are known to survive. After a full restoration, the public will be able to see Amey hauling trains at the OKLR and learn about its long and varied commercial and industrial history. The donation allows the OKLR to preserve the locomotive for future generations. We wish Amey a very happy retirement! ?? ?

We were thrilled to welcome Therapy Dogs Nationwide to the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort! ?? This wonderful national charity sends trained volunteer dogs into workplaces to offer comfort, distraction, and positive stimulation. The dogs, each carefully temperament-tested, spent two hours with our team, fostering a sense of calm and promoting both physical and mental wellbeing. ???? We’re proud to have regular visits from Therapy Dogs and are excited to continue supporting a healthy, happy work environment. We can’t wait to welcome them back soon! The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort opened for the early 2025 season with its Brick Days event at the weekend. It was delightful to see the LEGOLAND team back at the Resort delivering experiences to our guests and giving them the best day possible – bringing more joy, creating connections and making memories. Team LEGOLAND? Windsor are super excited to see the return of the LEGO? City Deep Sea Adventure (DSA) at the Resort this weekend, which features on The Sun website today: https://lnkd.in/ed7wzSzg We have been working with the first female winner of the British Underwater Photographer of the Year 2024 award, Jenny Stock who captured stunning photos of our beautiful new LEGO? marine models built out of 240,000 bricks and taking LEGOLAND model makers 2,190 hours to create. Jenny jumped at the chance to collaborate with LEGOLAND Windsor as DSA perfectly aligns with her passion for marine life, creativity, and desire to share this wonder with others. Armed with a powerful underwater camera used on expeditions around the world, Jenny captured a dazzling display of immersive images ahead of the attraction resurfacing and showcased the under the sea themed LEGO? models in a marine habitat. ramesh ganeson, Vice President at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, said: “We are thrilled to be bringing back the much-loved Deep Sea Adventure attraction, inviting explorers of all ages to embark on this incredible underwater journey.
