We were excited to celebrate the progress on the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment with the Charlestown Resident Alliance, Boston Housing Authority, and project team last week! The first building is now 65% complete and fully enclosed. The first building as part of the Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment has officially achieved Phius/Passive House design certification! Designed by Stantec, Building M will contain 102 affordable units and will set the full 15-building redevelopment project on a path to net zero carbon by utilizing Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) and maximizing building efficiency and the use of cleaner electricity.
