Bach’s legacy wasn’t fame—it was surrender. He lived and worked for the glory of God and the renewal of hearts. True greatness isn’t about polished leaves—it’s about deep roots. When we surrender our need for status and control, we make room for what truly matters: faith that grounds us, relationships that sustain us, and trust that carries us forward. As we look back on the 2025 Summit, let’s take this to heart. Do not be afraid. When we surrender to Him, our future is secure—because our purpose is His.

How can Catholic business leaders transform their workplaces and culture? Legatus President Stephen Henley, Kristan Hawkins of Students for Life America and Dean Andrew Abela of The Busch School of Business recently shared their insights with Catholic News Agency. Their message is clear: Faith isn’t just personal—it’s meant to shape the way we lead, work, and influence others. Through prayer, community, and a commitment to virtue, Catholic executives have the power to drive real change. Read more on how faith-filled leadership can make an impact: https://ow.ly/y75G50VjgF3

Saint Joseph was more than a provider—he was a builder in every sense. His craftsmanship extended beyond the work of his hands to the formation of character, the cultivation of virtue, and the quiet shaping of the greatest mission in history. In the hidden rhythms of daily labor, he modeled diligence, integrity, and devotion. The legacy he built was not in structures of wood and stone, but in the strength of the One who would redeem the world. On this Solemnity of Saint Joseph, we honor a man whose leadership was measured not by words, but by the foundation he laid for generations to come. May his example inspire all who build—whether in business, family, or faith—to labor with purpose, excellence, and trust in God’s design.

#Lent is a time to open our hearts more fully and grow in deeper understanding of our Lord. As the Catechism teaches, “Jesus’ call to conversion and penance... does not aim first at outward works, but at the conversion of the heart, interior conversion” (CCC 1430). As Catholic leaders, we are called to a transformation that goes beyond external sacrifice—one that shapes our decisions, our leadership, and our witness to Christ in the world. May this season of Lent be one of deep renewal and mission-driven faith.
