It has been an amazing time visiting our Legalzoom team in India this week. So much fun and I learned a ton. Even though I was beaten (badly) in ping pong, I’m already eager for my next visit!

Today, at LegalZoom, we shared our Q3 earnings results, and I want to take a moment to reflect on our progress and express my gratitude to all the incredible Zoomers for their dedication and hard work this past quarter. I’m pleased with the strides we made in reorienting our commercialization and sales efforts to subscription offerings, as well as in updating our pricing to better reflect the value we provide. Our goal has been to better determine what our customers want and what they need from us. Over the past quarter, we’ve reinforced our commitment to both small business owners and estate planning consumers. Either through recent tests in how we deliver products or through decades of robust customer insights, we’ve found these individuals come to LegalZoom at the early stages of their journey because without expensive attorney help, they don’t know the steps they need to take to protect their businesses and loved ones. Our customers DEPEND on us to guide them through the process. Staying current with legal and compliance business requirements is not transactional by nature - it’s an ongoing obligation we have to provide needed peace of mind. Looking ahead, we will be rolling out new promotions, products, features, and offerings more broadly across our customer base to enrich our subscription offerings to meet those needs. We also know that LegalZoom stands apart from our competitors as a technology platform that sits alongside an established network of independent attorneys available to leverage the power of AI. This is a massive opportunity. As I said on the call, I’m proud of the progress we’ve made and the dedication the team has shown in pushing forward new priorities and driving immediate, tangible results.
